Operations & Compliance Director
Martin Urand joined the security industry in 2001, following 27 years of service in the Armed Forces. He previously held key management roles with a global security company, gaining extensive expertise in loss prevention, investigations, distribution warehousing, and profit protection. Martin joined SAS-MS in 2018 as Operations & Risk Manager and now serves as Operations & Compliance Director. He is responsible for overseeing health and safety, managing company operations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction by reviewing and refining working practices.
